General Questions

The easiest and simplest method is via the contact form. You can expect a reply within 24 hours where we will let you know all about availability and responses to your questions.

Otherwise this is our telephone number: +350 56000658

Email us here: info@toursofgibraltar.com

Because we are normally busy touring, please use the telephone number only if you cannot wait for a reply to an email. If you do not get a response you can understand why that is and we will try to call you back as soon as it is reasonable to do so. However, if you decide to carry out the tour at the last minute, feel free to phone us and we will let you know if we are available.

Our payments are mostly carried out in cash as our tour vehicles do not have credit card facilities. All our prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (£) but we also accept payments in euros and dollars, with the final price depending on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

We can understand you might not have large amounts of cash with you for which we can drive by an ATM machine for withdrawals to be made. If you prefer, you can pay in advance. If that is the case we will send you our bank details so you can make an online transaction.

Yes. Once you have paid us you for the Gibraltar tours you will not have to pay any extra for entry to any of the Gibraltar sights. This makes the journey a lot smoother and hassle-free.

All our drivers are bilingual in English and Spanish so they can speak and understand both these languages fluently.

We hope that once you have confirmed the reservation for your tours of Gibraltar we will see you at the location, time and date agreed. However, if by any chance you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adapt accordingly.

If your group of visitors is over 8 passengers extra vehicles will be needed. They would then drive together in convoy on the Gibraltar rock tours, keeping together at all times. This will allow everyone in the big group to enjoy each stop with everyone else.

The goal of our tour is to take you, the visitor, straight to the Gibraltar attractions.

So when we take you there, you can make the choice on how far you drift. If you prefer to walk less you can do so.

Although it is true that at some stops of our Gibraltar rock tours require you to walk for greater distances to discover them properly, you can just pace yourselves. Some of them are even properly equipped to help those who have problems walking.

The main type of vehicle used is the Toyota Hiace, but if it is already in use there are other eight seaters available like the Mercedes Vito or Renault Traffic for example.

No, we do not have this equipment installed at present.

Your driver will be happy to let you off when you finish your Gibraltar private tours wherever you desire. You could be dropped off back at your pickup point, on the beach or in the town centre. If you want to have a walk down the busy Main Street to do some shopping, the driver will hand you a map with all the main Gibraltar attractions, letting you know the route back to the terminal.

Via Cruise Ship

When you step outside the main exit to the cruise terminal you will see our driver holding a sign with your name on it. Go up to them and they will whisk you away on the Tour of Gibraltar without any further ado.

Assemble eight passengers and you will be able to reduce the cost by up to a third of the original price of our tours of Gibraltar.

To do so with passengers on the same cruise as you, register on the Cruise Critic website. Once you are signed in, look at the Roll Call page. Here you can coordinate with other passengers to go on tours together, making it a lot cheaper for all of you. A lot of our customers have had good experiences with this website. Via Spain

It could not be easier to start your tour of Gibraltar. After flashing your identity card or passport you will exit the small customs building and look to the left. Here you will see an exchange bureau inside a parking area. Your driver for the day will be waiting for you here with a sign bearing your name to make matters even less complicated.

For those coming across the frontier it will always be tougher to find those with the same itinerary as you. For cruise-passengers it is easier to group together as there will be a large amount of people arriving at exactly the same time.

From our own experience and that of our customers, the best solution if you are driving to Gibraltar is to leave your car in an underground parking in the border-town of La Linea de la Concepción. To get there, drive past the La Linea bus station and behind it you will see an underground car parking. This is the Fo-Cona parking, with the La Linea main parking being in Plaza de la Constitucion.

From there you can walk to the frontier. This is an easier option than waiting in what can sometimes be long queues coming into Gibraltar. When you get there you your vehicle will be waiting to take you on your tour of Gibraltar.

The Santa Barbara car parking is not recommended as you can get caught up in the border queue itself, which can lead to long delays. There are also other parking possibilities in the area if you require them.

City: La Linea de la Concepcion

Street: Avenida Veinte de Abril
